What kind of test is it?

Why do we ask? Age and biological sex affect reference ranges for many tests — haemoglobin, hormones, creatinine, cholesterol and more all differ. This gives you a more relevant explanation rather than a generic one.

Is this medical advice?

No. LabEase is an educational health literacy tool. It explains what markers measure and what your values suggest in general terms. Always consult your doctor or healthcare provider about your specific results and what to do next.

Is my data stored or shared?

No. Your values are transmitted securely, used only to generate your explanation, and immediately discarded. We never store lab data, age, or sex information on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Why do you ask for age and sex?

Many reference ranges differ by age and biological sex — haemoglobin, ferritin, creatinine, hormones, and cholesterol are all examples. Without this context, explanations are generic. With it, we can say whether your value is in the expected range for someone like you.

What if my marker isn't listed?

Choose the panel closest to your test and enter what you have. Skip anything not on your report — partial data is fine. We're continuously adding more panels and markers.

Is it GDPR compliant?

Yes. LabEase is built for GDPR and Italian Garante compliance. All submitted data is processed in-memory and never persisted. No tracking cookies are used. See our Privacy Policy.
