You must be at least 16 years old to use LabEase. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are using LabEase on behalf of another person, you take responsibility for ensuring appropriate use.

5. AI-generated content

Explanations are generated by an AI language model. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any output. AI systems can produce errors. You acknowledge this limitation and use the service at your own risk.

6. Intellectual property

The LabEase name, logo, design, and underlying code are the property of LabEase. AI-generated explanations are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may copy an explanation for your own records but may not republish, sell, or distribute it.

7. Service availability

We provide LabEase "as is" and make no guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Italian and EU law, LabEase and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. This includes but is not limited to health decisions made in reliance on AI-generated content.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Italian courts, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence applies.
