All content generated by LabEase — whether from its AI engine or its static pages — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Not a substitute for professional care

Always seek the advice of a qualified physician, specialist, or other licensed healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding:

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately (112 in Italy and the EU, 999 in the UK, 911 in the USA). Do not use LabEase to determine whether something is an emergency.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LabEase, its operators, contributors, and AI providers disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, content generated by this service.

6. Regulatory note (Italy)

LabEase is not registered as a medical device under EU Regulation 2017/745 (MDR) or as a software medical device (SaMD). It does not perform diagnostic functions. It is classified as a general-purpose AI educational tool.
